Individual, Group, & Family Therapy
Various therapeutic techniques are available for individuals, couples, children, families, and groups. Staff utilizes services such as EMDR, AcuDetox, DBT, play therapy, and more.
Psychiatric Services & Evaluation
Psychiatric consultation and medication management for adults, adolescents, children, geriatric, and developmentally disabled individuals. These services include telepsychiatry as well as face-to-face appointments.
Overcoming Addiction
The use of FDA-approved medications, combined with counseling and behavioral therapies, provides a “whole-patient” approach to treating substance use disorders.
Genoa Pharmacy

Practical assistance and linkage to community resources for persons with behavioral illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
SLVBHG has a mobile response team that will respond to crisis calls 24 hours and seven days a week. Individuals, families, schools, and community agencies can call SLVBHG's Mobile Response Team for consultations, evaluations, and emergency support. Seek immediate help if you or someone you know may be thinking about ending a life or hurting others. Making choices that put you or a loved one in danger, becoming unable to care for yourself, or struggling with addiction/ substance use issues are other signs that may need immediate help.
SLVBHG has many early childhood and adolescent programs that help support youth and families to stay safe and healthy. Additionally, SLVBHG has in-school services throughout most school districts in the San Luis Valley.
Free rides can be requested for any medical or dental service at any clinic within the SLV. All clients of SLV Behavioral Health Group who receive Medicaid are eligible for this service. Request a ride by submitting a transportation service request through your clinician or by contacting customer service at 719-589-3671.
